App Review
One app I can say out of all others that I can think of, is actually the most useful. The app for who I bank with is my most useful app that does not already come with the phones. These bank apps have ways to get you help even when your bank hours are closed and you may not be able to call right away. I bank with USAA which is not even in my state anywhere, and because the app, I still have extreme access to my bank as needed. I can start new claims, check account balances for safety and view all transactions to prevent from getting scammed, can inbox them and get notifications to keep me updated on everything, can pull up my insurance information at any time, I also can pay bills from the app (some bills, includes my insurance), also have access to alter my allowance for atm withdraw without calling the bank for help, and I can even deposit checks by using my bank app as well which is far easier than former times of getting to a bank just to cash a check which costs in gas and time used to do that. I love saving time and money. Using apps all have their perks and may have their down sides as well, I honestly love the clarity and accessibility these have over going in person or waiting on phone calls for help. The designs used in the app and website is actually easy to guide ourself through anything we may need on it. Easy functionality, descriptive design for clarity, and covers everything needed. It is self explanatory for the most part and anything I may need help with I can go to their help center for that. Biggest downside to it, is not something that is fixable, and that would be if we have cash and want it in the bank, for that we have to get to a bank or one of the ATMs that actually allow that like Eglin Federal Credit Union most of their ATMs now allow depositing cash to the bank. One improvement I recommend is bigger print for people with bad eye sight. Another would be making sure there is easy accesses for blind people as well like videos available to hear for things that can be done that way at all. And finally if they added extra information on the investments options that we can understand more reading on our own incase we may be interested. In the future I would want to look more into it but not feel dumb when asking them and having no knowledge on it at all. So for the investment area on the app I think they need better information available for beginners that may be wanting to start. However the USAA bank app is very proficient in helping people and suppling all our basic needs and more so I will not mind either way if the improvement is not made. It is very well put together and has helped me prevent thieves from hacking me recently as well as in the past.
